SOS Maui (Systems Optimal Solutions) was created to support the small, locally owned businesses that are the heart of Maui’s economy—particularly service providers, island activity companies, and concierge businesses. For over 25 years, my work has focused on helping businesses translate their real-world operations into systems that actually work. What has changed is not the problem, but the tools. As AI becomes more accessible, I am evolving this work to design practical, AI-powered playbooks that help small businesses operate more efficiently while maintaining the personal, high-touch service that defines Maui.
